No mystery and no jargon. This is what working with Renownmark looks like from the first message to the monthly report.

A free look
You send your business name, or your website and Google listing. We look at them and at a few searches your customers make, and send back the first thing we would fix, usually on WhatsApp. No call needed unless you want one.

A conversation
If it is worth going further, a short call or a meeting. Mostly we listen: how customers find you now, what you have tried, what a good month looks like, and who answers the enquiries.

A written proposal
Two to four pages. What we understood, what we recommend first and why, what we will do, what we need from you, how we will measure it, the price, and what is not included.

Access, in your name
You add our email to your Google listing, Search Console and any other accounts we need. No passwords. If an old developer holds your domain or listing, getting it back into your name comes first.

A dated starting point
Before we change anything we record where you stand: the searches that matter, your listing, your website, and roughly how many enquiries you get today.

The first fixes
The changes with the clearest benefit and lowest risk go first. Every change is written down with the date, so later we can tell what made a difference.

Every month after
Upkeep, one real improvement, the same measurements, and a short report. Then we decide together what comes next.

A short report you can read in five minutes.
Written for the owner, with the numbers that matter and where each one came from.

- What we measured, and how, compared with last month
- What worked, and what did not
- Enquiries we could see, and what you told us
- Next month, and any decisions we need from you
