B2B supplier growth

For suppliers whose buyers search before they ring.

Distributors, wholesalers and small manufacturers usually grow through references. That still works. But new buyers now search Google, compare on marketplaces and check your website first, and many suppliers lose them at that step without ever knowing.

How trade buyers find you

Four places it happens

  • Trade searches on Google

Buyers search a product line, a brand or "supplier in Hyderabad". A purchase manager often checks your website before calling.

  • Marketplaces like IndiaMART

Many buyers compare suppliers there first. A thin or wrong listing loses you the comparison before anyone calls.

  • Your trade counter on Google Maps

Walk-in trade customers and new buyers in the city still look you up on Maps.

  • References and repeat orders

Still the biggest channel for many suppliers. A good website and catalogue make referrals easier to act on.

What we do

The work, in practice

  • A catalogue website

Your product ranges and the brands you carry, organised the way buyers search, with an enquiry and WhatsApp button on every page.

  • Your Google listing for the trade counter

Right category, products, photos of the actual counter and stock, and replies to reviews.

  • Marketplace listings that say the right things

We review and rewrite your IndiaMART or TradeIndia listing with you, on your account. Whether paid lead packages are worth it is your call; we will give you our honest view.

  • A buyer list your team can work through

We research businesses that buy what you sell, from public information, and write the first messages. Your own team sends them, from your own number or email.

  • Sales material

A clean product PDF or WhatsApp catalogue your sales people are happy to send.

  • Knowing where enquiries come from

Website WhatsApp messages carry a short source line, and we keep a simple monthly count by channel.

Proof

A dental supplier, found again

A long-established dental supply wholesaler in Hyderabad had no website and a Google listing under the wrong business type. We built a website on a domain in the client's own name and rebuilt the listing from the category up.

Manual Google Places check, 17 August 2026

Showed up on all 13 dental-supply searches we checked from a Hyderabad city location: first on four, in the top three on eight. The rankings moved while we were doing this work; we don't claim that proves we caused all of it.

Questions

About B2B work

Can you say we are an authorised distributor of a brand?

Only where you can show us the appointment letter or dealer record for that brand. Claiming authorisation you can't prove is a quick way to get a listing removed or a legal notice. Where proof isn't available, we describe what you stock instead.

Will you contact buyers on our behalf?

No. We prepare the list and the messages; your team sends them. Buyers want to hear from the supplier, and the conversations and contacts stay with you.

We are not sure there is demand for our product online. What then?

Then we'll say so, and suggest a short test with clear stop rules instead of a long contract. If the test shows there's nothing there, you will have spent a little to find out rather than a lot.

Do you work with suppliers outside dental?

Not as clients yet. Our B2B client work so far is with a dental supply wholesaler. The same approach suits most suppliers who sell to other businesses, such as packaging, industrial supplies, lab equipment or building materials. If that is your business, message us.
